E-rides reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its discretion for any reason. Your order is not confirmed until e-rides accepts it. In case of rejection, modification, or cancellation of an order, we will notify you via the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of order submission.

E-rides is powered by Shopify. However, sales and purchases in our Store are directly between you and e-rides. You agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and e-rides, including injuries, damages, or losses from purchases of products or services. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with e-rides.
