1. Subject

These general terms and conditions govern the sale of products offered on the E-rides website (hereinafter also “Site”), which sells electric scooters and related accessories to both consumers and businesses, in accordance with Italian and European regulations, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

2. Product Information

The products for sale on e-rides are described on their respective product pages. Images are provided for illustrative purposes and may not accurately represent the actual product. All technical information is provided by the manufacturer or derived from reliable sources.

3. Product Availability

Product availability is indicated in real time. However, a product may become unavailable due to errors or delayed updates. In such cases, the customer will be promptly contacted and may choose between a refund, waiting, or exchanging the product.

4. Prices

Prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and visible before order confirmation. The final price includes all mandatory costs.

5. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

  • PayPal

  • Bank transfer in advance

Transactions are protected by SSL/TLS security protocols as implemented by the Shopify platform.

6. Shipping and Delivery

E-rides ships within Italy, Europe, and the UK.
Delivery times range from 3 to 10 working days depending on destination and availability.

Shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart.
Upon shipment, the customer will receive an email with tracking information.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Under Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery, preferably documented with the reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

  • Communicate your intention via email to info@kuki.it

  • Return the product within 14 days of the communication

  • The product must be intact, unused, and returned in its original packaging

Return costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

8. Legal Warranty

All products sold are covered by the 2-year statutory warranty of conformity as provided by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
In case of defects, the customer may:

  • Request repair or replacement

  • Alternatively, request a price reduction or contract termination

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper use

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Unauthorized interventions

  • Accidents

9. Limitations of Liability

E-rides is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or third parties (e.g., couriers).
It is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from improper use of the products sold.

Personal data is processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the E-rides site (texts, images, logos, graphics, code) is protected by copyright and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written authorization. Copyright violations will be subject to legal action.
