- Returns and Refunds -

At E-Rides, your satisfaction is important. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the product within the timeframes provided by law.

- Right of Withdrawal (14 days) -

Under Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:
Write to info@e-rides.it including:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Product you wish to return

  • Attached photo if defective or damaged during transport (it will be evaluated)

We will send you instructions on how to return the product.

- Conditions for Returns -

The product must be intact, unused, and complete with all accessories and original packaging.

We do not accept returns of:

  • Products damaged by the customer

  • Products used or without original packaging

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for returns of defective or incorrect items.

- Refunds -

Once the product has been received and its condition verified:

  • We will process the refund within 14 days

  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase

📌 For cash on delivery payments, we will ask for an IBAN to make a bank transfer.

- Defective or Damaged Products -

If the product received is damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Send detailed photos of the damage/defect

  • We will replace the product or refund you at no additional cost
