Shipping – E-RIDES

We deliver throughout Italy via express courier. We do our best to ensure fast, secure, and trackable shipping.


Preparation Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours.

Orders received on weekends or public holidays are processed starting from the next business day.


Order Tracking

As soon as your package is shipped:

  • You will receive an email with the tracking code

  • You can track the shipment in real time via the provided link


Delivery Areas

We ship throughout Italy, including:

  • Islands (Sicily, Sardinia)

  • Remote or difficult-to-reach areas (possible delays of 1–2 days)

Currently, we do not ship abroad. If you wish to order from outside Italy, please contact us first via email.


Failed Delivery or Recipient Not Available

If the recipient is absent, the courier will attempt a second delivery free of charge.

If delivery is still unsuccessful, the package will return to our warehouse.
In this case, we will contact you for a possible new shipment (which may incur additional costs).


Damaged or Tampered Package

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or opened:

  • Sign with “control reservation” when receiving it from the courier

  • Take photos of the damage before opening the package

  • Contact us within 48 hours at info@e-rides.it

We will replace or refund the product as quickly as possible.


Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change the address after placing the order?
Yes, but only if the order has not yet been shipped. Contact us immediately.

Do you ship on weekends?
No, shipments are made only on business days (Mon–Fri).

Can I pick up the order in person?
Currently, in-person pickup is not available.
